Question: Should I eat?

I'm trying to increase calories because I've been restricting so long that I'm not losing weight anymore and I'm afraid that I'm going to damage something internally. I had a bigger lunch and breakfast today (only 100-200 calories bigger than usual though) and now it's dinner time and I still feel stuffed. I don't want to force myself to eat, but what should I do!



I'm 15, female, 5'1, and 97 lbs. I've been eating around 1300 calories for quite a few months now, and I'm trying to get closer to 1600 calories, but since the foods I eat are super clean and healthy, I'm just not hungry! I exercise regularly, 4 times a week I do an hour of cardio and three times a week I do 45 minutes of strength training.
