I want to get stronger and faster for baseball. I'm a tall and pretty skinny guy. I'm 17 years old. I really wanna make progress at the gym, but I don't know what kind of workouts I should do. I wanna do squats and deadlifts, but I'm afraid I'll have bad mechanics and will hurt myself and waste my workouts. I'm willing to put in the work, but I need guidance on what to do. How should I go about squats and deadlifts, and what sort of exerices and workouts should I do?
