Im 14 and thin How do i construct muscle? (6 %)?



Hello guys im 14 years previous and i’m very skinny, i wish to construct muscle and get a 6 percent i devour quite a bit however dont achieve weight, my weight in the mean time is 47kgs and im 5’9. I seem to be very susceptible and thin and get picked on at school somewhat alot. I wish to get a 6 % asap. i’ve skinny calves as smartly which i need to make them larger. i’ve a small butt so if i will be able to make that greater its additionally excellent. so if that you can lend a hand me with that it could be nice. i simply wish to get greater and more desirable in a couple of month. what must i consume? and will have to i exercise? thanks prematurely.
