Question: How to maintain my weight?

Congratulations! Eat little junk food, not too much.



Old Japanese saying, eat until you are 80% full.



Exercise, perhaps 3 times a week.



As long as you do these, you will be healthy. Your weight may fluctuate a few pounds, but you will still be healthy if you do these.
