Okay so I will be going back to school on Jan 5th. Originally students are supposed to come back on the 24th but I'm taking a winter class so I'm going back early. (college student here) . Anyways, I really don't know what types of exercise to do at the gym.
All I could think of is CCardio, treadmill but I also want to build muscle etc.
The campus will be empty (hopefully) and the gym will most likely be dead so it a better for me since i am really self conscious.
