Question: Trying to lose weight should do shakes, vitamins or any other products?

you should avoid heavy carbohydrate foods! Grain products, root veggies except onions, soft sweet fruits, milk products except cheeses, legumes - beans and peas, and of course desserts and sweet drinks. You also need to double up your exercise routine! Exercise firms up as the carbs are NOT being deposited on your bod!
