pregnancy and heartburn

My sons girlfriend is pregnant and she is having awful heartburn pains. Is there any vitamins or supplements that she can take that will be safe for the baby? She is 6 months now and all else is fine.

What's the most useless thing in your house?

We have a ridiculous fake cat in our house. Not like taxidermy, but more like a stuffed animal. It's life-size too, which is even weirder. Completely useless, mostly due to the fact that we have a real cat.

What is the worst job you've had?

I used to work on behalf of the state, finding and calling people about delinquent property taxes. Many people didn't know they ever owed money, or in some cases bought a piece of property with taxes still owed (they didn't do the proper paperwork).



Anyway, I was the first to tell them if they didn't pay, I would hand their accounts over to our lawyers and in about eight months, the property would be sold at auction. I listened to people cry and scream everyday.
