I've never been particularly strong, but I have been going to the gym for about 3 months now. I've made a lot of increases in some exercises, like my squat going from 100 pounds to about 155, and my deadlift from 130 to 180. However, my bench has gone from 85 to 95. Are there any other exercises I can do to increase my bench? Should I do push ups daily? How many?
