Just want to ask everyone here.
Have you ever been shy/self-conscious at the gym?
Shy because you're just a newbie or because you look too fat or thin compared to that other guy
working his pecs and chest with his muscle bulging on the other side of the room?
Then usually because of that, you feel awkward and quit gym asap.
How do you overcome this kind of fear and shyness?
