I have stopped brisk walking around my block, and have taken to some light jogging instead, as I now feel like my body is ready to step it up a notch. But I have been experiencing stitch more and more often, and so my question is: what can be done to prevent stitch? Are there any foods or breathing techniques that will help with this?
