BLACK EGGS !!! HEARD IT EVER ?

I was very surprised to read that farmers from China and Taiwan use these Black Eggs to eat. They are black from the beginning, but they are made black by a traditional technique.

The black eggs called century eggs or pidan are the duck or chicken eggs kept in saline solution for about a month, the while is jelly like and amber brown and the yolk is smoky black. These black eggs are delicacy to serve the most prestigious guests.
