BEST CARDIO EVER

Start by being late all the time.

Take that late bus and risk going to work late. You will run after the bus, and during the time on the bus you are nervous that the boss will find out and get you in trouble. Thus the heart rate goes up.

BOOM. You are at work now. You run into the office and don't want to wait for the elevator and run up the stairs. Now you are sweating and your heart is racing. well done. good workout. drink a water and relax.



Next big step is to start walking to the later bus stop. If you are late you might have to wait for awhile. Start by walking to the next stop. Then maybe eve walk to work.



ORRR. stop eating soo much and stop being so dang lazy.
