I have considered taking Biotin supplements to help treat hair loss. I know its not going to fix the root of the problem but I figured it may not hurt to try. I have also read that it helps many other health conditions including weight loss. The more I researched, I found several articles stating people actually gained weight because of it, which confused me. Naturally, I wouldn't take anything to would have the possibility of making me gain weight.
