I've been working out regularly and have adjusted my diet slightly (not drastically, but enough that it's cutting calories without cutting too too many).
Unfortunately, a couple weeks of constant effort and instead of seeing any shift in the downward direction, I have actually put on weight instead. Oy!
Now realistically, I know that some of the weight difference could potentially be muscle being built. We know that muscle weighs more than fat. I'm not really FEELING any shift, though, either, so it's frustrating!
