Question: Only eating on time a day.?

It's not necessarily bad to eat one meal a day, however you need get all calories, macronutrients and micronutrients requirement in that only meal, so it has to be a pretty epic meal.... Such a meal would probably be around 1,700 calories for you, something like a big salad, a big piece of meat, a huge serving of starch, a dessert with some fruits...



Hard to pull off, otherwise just eating a small meal is not healthy.
