Warm up/post workout stretches?

I usually do 60 jumping jacks before I start my workout but I feel like I should be doing more than that. My workout typically consists of a rowing machine(I use proper form) and various body weight exercises like squats, push ups, crunches, etc. I'm working on getting my strength up before adding additional weights. I don't know that many stretches so after my workout I touch my toes, do a few lunges, and do some windmills. Any pre/post workout tips are appreciated.
