What types of exercising feels pleasant for you and makes you feel great, happy, sexy, and confident?

For me (as a 16 year old guy turning 17 on December 30), dancing does a lot and I feel absolutely no pain doing it. I play Just Dance as dancing. Men, what workouts make you feel masculine, lifting weights, push-ups, anything? Women, what workouts make you feel feminine, dancing, running, jogging, yoga, other?
