Pressure in the beginning of colon?

So I'm 13 before we start but I got constipated about a week and went and I was all good. But after i went the days after I went from 78 pounds to 73 pounds. (Didn't eat for 2 days) but anyway now I'm noticing a feeling like there is something just sitting in the beginning part of my colon. (Not nausea or vomiting or anything. No blood in stools) I have been getting dizzy when I stand though. I think the dizziness if from that loss of weight when I was constipated and dint eat. But I'm wondering is it normal to feel like something is inside the colon? Why would it feel like something is in there.
