Will the diet Canada Dry make me gain weight?

I am on a diet and I've became really into it but recently my stomach has been hurting and I haven't been eating much. I didn't eat Monday, Tuesday I had a salad and fruit cup from panera bread, & Wednesday and today I've just had soup and grapes....I had some sips of ginger-ale...will it make me gain weight?
