I am a 16 year old boy. I started working out in june 2014 to try and get a six pack. Its been going great for a while. My body is a little smaller. but by november my body fat just stayed the same. If i look in the mirror, my body looks a LITTLE fat. But when I flex only from a few feet away I can see a pretty nice 4-pack coming along. I tried various tabata and after burn workouts but nothing's changed. I really wont my abs to show without the need to flex. I heard that to show your abs u need to have 10% body fat. I probably have about 15%-20%. Please help. THANKS
