Question: Too much fruit?

Fruit is ALWAYS a better choice than chips or cakes. Fruit is natural sugar and fruit is full of vitamins that your body actually needs. Calorie wise, fruit has no fat compared to chips and cakes which do. Also, in most cases, it takes two pieces of fruits to equal the calories you would get from one serving of chips or a small piece of cake. Unless you are actually diabetic and have to control your sugar intake, it should be safe to eat as much fruit as you want to.
