I wanna get more in shape by around April so I wanna loose some body fat on my stomach, legs, and arms. I'm not too active but every once in a while I'll work out a bit in my room, I mainly do squats, sit ups, and planks. also I don't really eat too healthy either, I eat a lot of junk but I'm gonna try to stop. any ideas on food or excersizes? I'm 14, 5'1 and 122 lbs if that helps
