Query: What eating regimen would work highest for me?

Very first thing, I simply wish to ask for no person to be poor on this put up.


K, so i am 18 years outdated and a freshman in school. I’ve all the time been chubby however I am truly prepared for a metamorphosis. I am 5’7 and weight 265 kilos. I have been doing quite a lot of research on different diet programs, etc, but i’d really like to get people’s opinions on after knowing a little something about me. I don’t exercise on a daily basis, but i’m good with following a schedule. I could definitely handle meal replacements, such as shakes. My biggest issue with sticking to diets is that i need structure. I can’t just have someone say okay exercise every day and don’t eat a lot of calories. I need someone to tell me how much exercise i should do, what, if any supplements i should take and what i should eat. It might sound stupid but i’ve tried everything else. Please let me recognize y’alls (certain) opinions or what has labored for you all.
