I do the elliptical 5 times a week for at lest an hour everyday. I do up to at LEAST 4 miles on the elliptical per hour. when I do the bicycle after the elliptical some days I get up to 7 miles and up with no more than 25 minutes most likely a little less. ive done this for a month. I see results in my legs but not my stomach. What can I do for my stomach? I do crunches 6 times a week and 200+ ever day I do it. what results should I see by june? im also trying to improve my diet. ive cheated but not too much. help?
