Thought I'd share this little recipe that I came up with when trying to add more veggies into my diet. I start wth frozen brocoli, add some canned spinach to it and microwave it until it's all pretty soft, and then I throw some cheddar cheese on top of it and nuke it a little longer until it's melted. Mix it up a bit and eat.
I use the brocoli because I remember reading that cuciferous veggies (of which brocoli is one) are good for supporting test levels. Spinach is almost a superfood, full of great nutrients. The cheddar (preferably extra sharp) gives it all a good flavor and adds some healthy fats, as well as more protein. Also, the dietary cholesterol works with the brocoli to help the body make more testosterone (cholesterol is 1 move away from being test).
