Do you eat food to try to keep healthy by way of what the media tells you about the health benefits of food?
I used to, and used to eat all of this stuff to try to stay healthy, because i'd heard that scientists had discovered that apples did this, or that chocolate did that, or that wine was good for you. But over the recent years, a lot of those studies have been countered by other studies that claim exactly the opposite of what the first study claimed.
So, how do you gauge the media's role in your diet? Do you listen to the media, or do you listen to your body?
