HELP! Exercise plan,Vegan

Hello everyone





I wanted to know if anyone could spare any advice on my situation. I am 5'3 225 lbs female and I have been this same weight for 5 years since I had my daughter. I recently went vegan about 3 weeks ago and I'm finding it difficult trying to come up with a diet and exercise plan. Most of my weight is in my belly,arms and legs. I really want my stomach to be much flatter and my arms to not jiggle. I want my butt to be bigger at the same time? Where do I start?
