Not enough time to exercise...5 minute solutions

I'm not saying you should only do these short bursts of exercise and forget the gym. However if you really have no time on a particular day then why not squeeze in some of these ideas in rather than nothing at all?



-If you jump rope really fast for 5 minutes you can burn around 68 calories.

-If you can run around your block for 5 minutes it can net you about 62 calories.

-Shoveling snow for 5 minutes equals 34 calories

-My favorite 5 minutes of dancing can burn 45 calories.



Can you suggest other 5 minute pocket exercises?
