Wait. Where are we going to run? To the moon? To Mars?
btw the super bugs I am talking about are not aliens. Not E.T.'s. These super bugs are created by us. Yes, created by us. Have you ever noticed how we treated just about everything wrong in our bodies with antibiotics? Have a cold? Take antibiotics. Have a fever? Take antibiotics. Have a stomachache? Take antibiotics. Have a toothache? Take antibiotics. See what I mean?
What we don't realize is that those antibiotics do not kill off every single one of the viruses. The surviving viruses are immune to the antibiotics and their progeny are also immune to the antibiotics. This situation becomes very much worse in hospitals because that's where a lot of antibiotics are being used. And the net result is that a lot of viruses in the hospitals are immune to a lot of antibiotics.
Finally, we have super bugs which are impossible to kill off. Unfortunately, we, human beings, do not have any immunity against these super bugs. Which makes the super bugs a very real threat to our lives. The super bugs don't even have to be super virulent. Even some simple super bugs like cold viruses can be deadly. If we have no defense against them. Not that long ago, the people of Hawaii were wiped out by the common cold virus simply because the Hawaiians have no immunity against the common cold virus.
So what can we do about this situation? This is not a joking matter. Nor is it a figment of science fiction. This is a real danger to the existence of our species.
