Did I Eat That? D.I.E.T.

People are doing the best they can to stay fit. As much as possible we all want to remain slim and have firm bodies. We take a lot supplements, diet pills, exercise plans just for us to maintain if not gain the type of body that we desire or dream of. We may not be able to determine which of the things that we have been doing are "nutrition myths".



Unfortunately, as per research most of the things that people have been taking and doing are "mismatch" to what their body really needs. Low in iron, magnesium and vitamin B6 are just some to mention among those that females between 18 and 23 are having low percentage during health test. Missing meals is also a big contributory factor of losing most of the nutritional requirements that our bodies need.



It is also important to know that our personalities may also be affected, especially on how we deal with people and situations just because of inappropriate diet and nutritional requirement.
