Question: Am i doing an effective diet???help!?

OK so i started a diet this Wednesday ..

breakfast

1 white toast (cant find the brown one)

3 tbsp omelet (egg tomato onion little oil and a few spices )

1 cup tea without sugar :)

lunch

1 chapati

with chicken curry or any veggi curry or sometimes half plate rice

dinner

same as lunch

snacks

fruits most of the time

.....yea and no soft-drinks..only water

and i go to gym...15 min on arc trainer and 20 mins on treadmill (cant do more because the time is set in my gym )

also in morning i drink one tbsp apple cider vinegar diluted in water

yeaaaa so this is pretty much it :)

plz tell me if im doing anything wrong...any tip?

will i lose weight?

how fast?

by the way my age is 17 and i am a girl ...if this helps :)

plz answer all of my questions

ill be very grateful to you :)
