I suggest you think about this. Lose 20 lbs.? You don't need to be anorexic to be a model. 128 is a healthy weight. Right now your measurements are quite common in healthy models. If you had more guy friends or a good bf you'd know by now there is nothing wrong with you. Self improvement, well I wont stop you from doing that. Lower salty snacks and other foods, eat low fat high nutrition meals. Juices, fruits, vegetables, fish if you like it, no red meat, salads, no bread unless whole grain and very sparingly. You don't harm to harm yourself in the process.
