Query: Physique Transformation Questions!?

I am within the fitness center for nearly 6 months now.

I began from 50kg and now I am sixty two.9kg

Age: 19

Peak: 5ft 6inches

Physique Fats is round 15-18% I believe

any recommendations on how I will get extra pure muscle tissues and not more fat?


any movements you recommend?


consuming weight loss program plan?


anything else which you can counsel please.

Update : I’m in the gym for almost 6 months now.

I work out 3 times a week mon-wed-friday

1 or 2 hours every work out

I started from 50kg and now I’m 62.9kg

Age: 19

Height: 5ft 6inches

Body Fat is around 15-18% I think

any tips on how I’ll get more pure muscles and less fats?


any routine you suggest?


eating diet plan?


anything you can suggest please.
