Question: Is 99 pounds fat for 5 foot 3 and 1/2 inch girl?

i'm 13, going to be 14 in march. is 99 pounds too fat for a 5 foot 3 and 1/2 inch girl? i've only been eating one meal a day for the past 2/3 years, and this past week i've not even been eating that much. i want to be 85 pounds so badly! my measurements are 30-23-31



am i fat?
