I'm a college student, but I like to stay active by running as often as I can. But I also like to stay in shape strength wise, but find the same old routine boring. Having something challenging & new to "look forward to" will be nice & help motivate me to get back into my "better" shape. I'd also like to add some cross training into my running because that's really my passion.
So...what advice do you have?
