Alrighty guys...and lady's. I got I problem. I am 5'7 and currently weighing in at 122 pounds. Oh and I'm a male by the way hah. I know I am under weight for my height but what ever I try to eat it just goes right through me. I've been told I have a "fast" metabolism, but I also exercise a lot (I play soccer and run track). What foods should I be eating thoughout the day and how much of it should I be eating? My goal is to be at least 140, healthy ofcorse.
