Obviously sleep does a lot of great things for the body.
A recent study showed that your stress level increases by 14% for every hour of sleep you lose, though. I don't think it's fair to word it like that considering one may not necessarily cause the other (for example, someone may already be stressed a lot more and that's why they're not getting as much sleep). It does make a good point that the less sleep you're getting, the more likely to be stressed you are, though.
