I really would like to incorporate squats into my workout routine, but I always feel as if I don't do them properly or efficiently. Does anyone have any tips for doing squats, or specific techniques?
Also, I read something in another thread about doing squat thrusts; what are they, how are they different from squats, and are they more beneficial for strengthening and toning your glutes?
