Vegan muscle gain...

I've been cutting for the past couple of months, and now I've switched over to a Vegan diet. I feel great, I feel younger, and I feel more energetic. The only problem is, I have a lost a little TOO MUCH weight. I ended up losing quite a bit of muscle, and I'm afraid that the only way for me to get it back again is by doing un-natural things like taking supplements, OR going back to eating meat again.



Is there anyone out there that knows how I can get my muscles back, without going back to eating meat, and without having to put all kinds of nasty chemicals in my body? I feel really clean after all of the detoxing that I've done over the past couple of months, and I don't wanna lose this feeling, but I really want my muscles back :)
