When I first started changing my life and going toward vegan, and changing the chemicals I used in my home, as well as, personal items I needed a book that I could use as a guide.
Now yes, I got recipes and ideas off the web, but it was not enough information for me to plan a life around. So I started looking for books that would help me sort out the products I needed to buy from the stuff that could harm my body and finally found one.
I of course got gardening books and what to recycle tips. and ideas for cutting my grass and planting edible flowers, and flowers to attract birds and butterflies, but I neeeded more information to go by, and found it.
It is called the "Nontoxic, Natural & Earthwise," by Debra Lynn Dadd
Without this book I would have been lost in finding some exchanges for daily living products.
Do you have any favorite healthy living books and tales to tell about how you got to that point?
Please share them here.
