Building bigger biceps

I tried changing up my bicep workout as I wasn't seeing any results. Now I only use free weights. I do 7 repetitions with the highest weight I can do. Then I drop the weight by 2kg and do 10 repetitions. I then drop it 2kg again and do 12 repetitions. Then I drop it 2kg again and do 15. I do this with no rest and I have the weight in a horizontal position. I will then rest for 2 minutes and the whole circuit again. This time I will do hammer curls instead. It gives a really good pump and it really helped my biceps grow. You should give it a try.
