I have heard it is not good to eat too much carbs. I eat a lot of carbs, like rice, noddles, bread, pasta, cup cakes, and etc.. What do people eat instead of carbs? I feel like my options are so limited. I eat lots of vegetables and fruits. I drink lots of water. I avoid junk food as much as I can.
