Positions for healthy sleep








Different people sleep in different positions for different reasons. Some researchers have done some study on this matter and come up with some recommendations.







There are some pros and cons involved in different sleeping positions. Myself, I tend to sleep on my back. Sort of like, as someone told me, sleeping like a corpse. I find this the best position, for me, for a sound and uninterrupted night's sleep. Perhaps you prefer some other sleeping position. Tell us about your preferences.
