Can you walk 14,000 steps a day?

If you can't, then you are doing worse than a toddler. According to one study, toddlers walk on the average every day

14,208 steps.

That's a lot of walking, isn't it? No wonder toddlers grow up so fast. They are simply doing lots of exercise. Lots more than most of us. More information here:

Maybe that's also the reason why mothers who look after their own kids are usually in good shape. They have to walk that much more to keep up with the kids. Do you think so? I mean, do you agree that mothers who looks after their own kids are in good shape? From all the exercise of keeping up with the kids?
