I was diagnosed with tendinopathy a few years ago, which was caused by the long hours I spend typing as part of my job.
I've been given exercises, massages and heat treatment. I've also been told to wear a wrist brace to take some of the strain off my shoulder, which I do, but I'm not noticing much of a difference and I'm finding it difficult to turn my arm outwards.
Are there any effective treatments for tendinopathy?
