I always wondered as to where from the fat is lost the most during exercise. I mean we all know that you can't loose only abdominal fat by doing crunches or you can't loose only arm fat by doing bicep crunches.
Then from where does the maximum fat loss take place when we work out?
I think that it is first the visceral fat that starts burning and then the superficial one. What do you think?
