Try climbing these stairs for exercise

I believe in climbing stairs as a form of exercise. Myself, I go up to the 14th floor via the stairs to warm-up. However when I saw these stairs, my heart literally skipped a beat.

As one of the tourism officials there put it,

There's also an age limit on anyone who wants to climb these stairs. People over 60 are not allowed to do it.
