It sounds, to me anyway, like something out of an erotic novel but it's happening in real life. The most surprising part is that young girls are getting theirs done, too.

I can understand cosmetic surgery undertaken to reconstruct faces disfigured by accidents. But this is way beyond reasonable or sensible. What do you think?
