Our gym got itself a new incline squat machine. The basic thing behind the idea is that, it keeps your back straight while doing the squats and negates the chances of getting an injury. But again, the machine is inclined. Now we all know how incline apparatus decreases the output. I just wanted to know if it is a nice alternative to the barbell squat. Have you guys tried it out before?
