Question: P90X diet and routine help?

P90X diet and routine help?

Hello, my birthday is coming around the corner and I have in mind what I want. Shakeology and P90X for 3 months, to finally get a summer body. Anyways, I was wondering on different meal plans and workouts to do alongside the diet and fitness plan. Is it beneficial to do weight training and or running in the evening along with the daily P90X workout? Or would it be better to limit myself only to weight training or running? I am trying to lose around 5-10 lbs. fat and trying to gain around 5-10lbs. muscle. Regarding shakeology, i understand that many people use it to supplement their meals, however, looking at the caloric intake of shakeology, it wouldn't be smart considering it gives you less than 200 calories. That being said, which is the best meal to eat through the day (the one that I will not be supplementing). Also, would drinking protein shakes throughout the program (daily) be also a good way of gaining muscle?
